Understanding the problem

We dedicated weeks to deeply comprehend the UTEL ecosystem, engaging users and stakeholders and assessing their tools. Creating a blueprint proved invaluable for aligning the team, identifying successes, and pinpointing areas for improvement. Our goal: devise an architecture and workflow that enhances their experience and seamlessly integrates with current technology for a smooth implementation.

We had to rethink the enrollement process so that it could be solved quickly and effectively through the web, providing the user with all the necessary information and transforming a burdensome process into a rewarding experience.

Building a Platform for Student Enrollment Progress

We designed a platform to help students easily submit required documents for registration. This ensures clear visibility into enrollment progress, providing confidence and clarity in their academic journey. The platform allows students to navigate enrollment effortlessly, staying well-informed and in control of every step toward their educational goals.

The operational platform, expanding its reach to more countries, has streamlined the company's program offerings and contributed to a higher rate of university admissions for students.
