Understanding the problem
We dedicated weeks to deeply comprehend the UTEL ecosystem, engaging users and stakeholders and assessing their tools. Creating a blueprint proved invaluable for aligning the team, identifying successes, and pinpointing areas for improvement. Our goal: devise an architecture and workflow that enhances their experience and seamlessly integrates with current technology for a smooth implementation.



The enrollment flow
We had to rethink the enrollement process so that it could be solved quickly and effectively through the web, providing the user with all the necessary information and transforming a burdensome process into a rewarding experience.
